I am new to ST and the development environment and didn't realize the IOC file opens up into a configuration tab. I was searching for a button on the toolbar. Thanks for the two separate approaches! It is working now.:ok_hand:

STLINK-V3MODS integration

missing stm32f4xx_hal_uart.h in STM32F4xx_HAL_Driver

I just got the STM32F413H-DISCO. It powers up when connected through the ST Link USB connector but the PC is not showing any new connection in Device Manager. I have Win10 Home 64 bit. I am new to ST!
