What is STLQ015M18R maximum quiescent current at light load

Posted on December 28, 2016 at 08:57I am using STLQ015M18R to drive a light load of 0-2uA at temperature up to 70c,My question is what is the maximum current that STLQ015M18R consumes from VIN excluding the 2uA it drives the VOUT.
