Use USB3320 as HS ext. phy. for STM32H753. Need boost drive strength

I'm use USB3320 with STM32H753.And I want to control USB3320 with ULPI operation to boost drive strength.Is there any method? I can't found solution both in HAL API and register.Thanks.
