use STM8S's I2C to read DS1302 questions

I use STM8S105C6 to read DS1302;

I have try the ways in the datasheet to read the DS1302's data, but it  was fail;STM8S105C6  need  ACK signal ,but DS1302 can't output ACK signal ;How can I do it;Thanks for your reply #ds1302 #stm8s-i2c-ds1302

The DS1302 does not have an I2C interface - so it's not going to work!
