FYI, I finally got the confirmation from ST-Support:

The Treset (typ. 3 ms) is really what customerneeds to know. In parallel with this HSI starts, too, and it's combinedstart-up time may prolong to typ. 3.7 ms.
There is no way of removing the reset delay,because the MCU initializes FLASH, starts the oscillator and when everything isready, proceeds with internal peripheral reset.
If customer needs very fast start-up, I'drecommend low power modes without stopping the HSI oscillator, implying the MCUsupply.
