Hello everyone, and thank you in advance for your kind assistance.
We've noticed a discrepancy between the datasheet and STM32CubeProgrammer for the STM32U073RCT6 device.
In the datasheet (DS14548 - Rev 2, page 45), the threshold specified for VBOR0 is 1.7 V.
When connecting to the board with STM32CubeProgrammer v. 2.19.0, the GUI indicates that the minimum selectable value is 2.0 V (option bytes).
Can you please confirm:
If VBOR0 = 1.7 V, is this the guaranteed value (typ/min/max as indicated in the datasheet) for this OPN?
If there is a known restriction with CubeProgrammer or ST-Link that prevents the selection of VBOR < 2.0 V for this device?
If there is an errata/note that changes these values?
Thank you all for your kind attention.

The Reference Manual agrees with the nominal 2.0 V minimum. This is what the field in STM32CubeProgrammer corresponds to.
Datasheet lists 5 levels, not 4.
Maybe VBOR0 corresponds to BOR_EN=0. Could be written more clearly.

Hello All,
The reference Manual is correct with the 2.0 V minimum and 4 levels.
There are only 4 levels and not 5 as described in the Table 24 of section 6.3.3 in the datasheet (DS14548 - Rev 2).
The datasheets for STM32U083xC/STM32U073x8/STM32U031x4 will be updated to correct this.
An internal ticket number 215580 is submitted to fix this typo.
PS: Ticket number 215580 is only for reference and not available outside of ST.
