For STM32CubeIDE there is and will no 32bit version available, as stated also at the ST website:

  • Multi-OS support: Windows®, Linux®, and macOS®, 64-bit versions only

Try a demo version of for instance Keil compiler.

Latest version of CubeMX also requires 64-bit Windows. So, get a cheap Windows 10/64 on a cheap SSD disk.
