Updating software has encounters a problem: I tried a few thing seen on eclipse sites but nothing works. Someone have an idea? Thanks.

Options:

  1. Disable your firewall.
  2. Try again later.
  3. Uninstall and reinstall the IDE.

Did you tried to update the Marketplace Client regardless STM32CubeIDE?

If an update is available a notification should be displayed on top of the client:

This is another way to solve the trouble, at least it worked well from there.
