Unintentional ComboBox value changes when scrolling with the mouse wheel

In the "Debug Configurations" window (or at least that is the only place I have verified it so far), when scrolling down to access the options at the bottom, the mouse pointer might accidentally hover over a combo box. If you continue scrolling, the combo box cycles through its options down to the last value before the main window continues to scroll.

This can cause (and has caused me) quite a few headaches while debugging one of my projects.

I believe the correct approach would be to disable this scrolling behavior for combo boxes to prevent accidental changes.
