I am using stm32L433CBT6. I want to use stm32CubeIDE normally. Or I want to install STM32CubeL4, what should I do? I want to use HAL.

You can follow the steps described within the "Creating a new STM32 project" section of STM32CubeIDE user guide, you'll be able to install and setup the Firmware library package of the STM32CubeL4 and generate your project.

Download and install as admin STM32CubeIDE. Get the ethernet settings right and that should be all you need, the rest will be downloaded depending on what project you select. After starting your project, if there is a cubeIDE update, install it separately so you can go back if something breaks.
