Exact error not shown...

Do you have the exact same versions of the tools and repositories for the STM32?

Do you have files in a commonly named directory tree, and depth?

ie NOT off a \Users\RJ3\... path, but rather a C:\STM32\TeamProjects\... type path?

Differently pathed shares of a Network mount point?

Off the Desktop or Program Files ?

Non-English alphabet path names?
