i want to create a simple project that blink led on board stm32f407 , using freertos, but still can't , if you can guide throught it ,

I think there are many tutorials that should show you how to setup such a blinking led project (such as this one that is not an official ST Tutorial). Also, there are many GitHub codes and tutorials to do that (such as this one that is not an ST official document).
