I just installed STM32CubeIDE for the first time today. I went to start a new STM32 project and got this error message. What should I do?

I don't know, are you behind a corporate firewall? Do you have IT staff?

Do you need to use a proxy server to access the internet on this machine?

You run some AV software? What? Is it blocking, can you turn it off or white list servers?

It could possibly be our corporate firewall. I originally wasn't able to post this ticket because sso.st.com was blocked. So I talked to our IT and they added Italy to the allowed Country list, which then allowed me to post this ticket. I figured that would also fix this issue. I do not know a thing about networks, so I am completely loss.
