Cannot connect to Nucleo 144 using ST-LINK

I've installed STM32CubeIDE and the ST-LINK/V2-1 driver. I'm attempting to connect to a Nucleo U5A5ZJ-Q board.

When I try to run example code I receive the message: "No ST-LINK detected..."

I have removed the jumper on CN4 as instructed if using Nucleo ST-LINK/V2:

https://stm32-base.org/guides/connecting-your-debugger.html#:~:text=Nucleo%20ST%2DLINK%2FV2,connect%20to%20your%20target%20board.

When I attach the USB cable to my PC I do not hear the standard attach sound.

What am I missing here?

Thanks
