I can see that you are using ecosystem v3.0.0. Could you please tell me your version of CubeProgrammer?

And if you have a version lower than 2.7.0, please can you try with a STM32CubeProgrammer 2.7.0 or bigger.

The version that was delivered with the v3.0.0 package is the 2.7.0:

Sorry for the late reply, it looks like an hardware issue.

This error when reading the DDR at 0xC000004 and the fact that it worked before let me think that.

• Are you able to build your board normally or do you also encounter this error of DDR?

• Do you have a second board to test if your setup and binaries works with the new one?

• You can try to populate your SDCard manually by inserting it in a PC directly:

And test if everything is ok without the download operation.
