STM32MP257F-EV1 STLinux Packages: Serial command line

Hello,

I am wondering can the ST Linux Starter Package(or indeed any of the STLinux packages) be interacted with via a command line via serial port and if so how would this be set up ? as the additional display for this board is unavailable to me.

for sure, the Starter Package console is available thru STLINK. This is the main control interface to Linux (for tests or install additional packages).

Just connect USB Type-C CN21 to a PC and you will have 2 x VCP available (one for Cortex-A35 Console, the second optional for Cortex-M33 console).
