I'm not expert in DTS, I will try to give you some help.
From your log, seems you are running custom HW.
Is your HW fully working ?
Is the crash occur always at same position ?
Did you adapt you DTS to your HW ?
Did you checked the correct DDR fddrbehavior (https://wiki.st.com/stm32mpu/wiki/STM32DDRFW-UTIL) ?
Strange lines in your log, should be different than 0

and also a huge time 'hole' of 10 seconds, so maybe issue is around those lines.

May I propose that you carefully compare your DTS VS the DTS of the EV1 starter package and check if every HW difference between EV1 board and your custom board is correctly reflected, especially on power and clocks (e.g. HSE bypass or crystal mode, etc...), as well as external peripherals differences.
