STM32MP157CAA3T is not able to program and Boot

Heena

Hi,

We are using STM32MP157CAA3T processor. We have implemented USB, UART and SD card for Booting purpose.

And currently we are programming the processor via UART8 by using USB to UART convertor.

Used UART4 Debug port for troubleshooting the board.

Problem is that, we are not able to program the board. And also USB, UART and SD card are failing to boot the processor.

Hi @Heena

need to give more details to allow a valuable answer.

I assume it is a custom board.

Did you successfully rebuilt the ecosystem based on your custom HW ?

Is it using STPMIC1 ?

Is it using HSE crystal or oscillator ?

Which DDR ? is DDR tested using DDRFW-UTIL ?

Could you share some console messages ?

Regards

Yes, it is custom Board

No, we are using LTC3676

Yes, we are using SSCO

DDR3L, we have not tested this with DDRFW-UTIL.

We are programming the board via USB to UART convertor...We can see the device is connected it is showing device ID and connected status..

But we are not able to program it.

one of the conclusion from SW Engg is processor and DDR are not on same frequency
