STM32WB for low latency wireless mouse application

As the title says, I want to create a wireless mouse and was wondering if it was possible to make a low latency mouse using two STM32WBs (one for the mouse and one for the computer). Is this possible with this MCU series or is it better to use a dedicated MCU and separate transceiver chip?
