STM32 controller for IoT connectivity

is there any STM32 variant which has on chip IoT/ WiFi connectivity module. So that it can be configured and used just like USART or timers.

i appreciate your effort.

But my question is simple,

Is there any STM32 variant, having on chip option of WIFI connectivity or i've use additional ic such as ESP32 or ST87M01 etc.

We need more context, but mostly no, there is no "on chip" wifi option.

Most people end up adding ESP32/ublox with an uart bridge to their stm32.

For "iot" as with BLE or Zigbee you could take a look at stm32W series
