Need a ST micro-controller for my wearable prototype that helps in social distancing using BLE and also monitors vital health parameter.

Currently I have decided to use the P-Nucleo WB55 pack that has Nucle 68 WB55RG and a dongle both of which have 2.4 Ghz radio transceivers to facilitate BLE interaction between the wearables. But the dongle does not have a PWM pin using which I could control a vibrating motor. I need suggestions to replace both of my micro-controllers.
