We are working on a project that uses version 1.3.0 + our custom changes and we want to get version 1.3.0 to differentiate the original from our changes

Someone did some when. Tend to archive source materials here.

The delta to v1.3.1 might be relatively minimal, I don't know. I don't see v1.3.0 in my repository so it might have only existed briefly and was immediately patched.

@Alec BATH​ do you recall the release, or the patches?
