How to detect BLE stack version from bin file

I have file stm32wb5x_BLE_Stack_full_fw.bin how can I understand which stack version of it file without CubeProgrammer.

Probably exist doc where described of bin file structure. Or somewhere in file should be this information.

Please check chapter 6.4 Image footers of AN5185 : ST FW upgrade services for STM32WB, there is described where exactly to find version of STM32WB_Copro_Wireless_Binaries (stm32wb5x_BLE_Stack_full_fw.bin and other stack or FUS versions).
