I have been given an evaluation copy of the ST BLE Sensor.  

I prefer not to stand on top of a tall bridge with a phone in one hand and measure the sensor data. 

I prefer to plug the little beastie into the permanent Windows PC on the bridge and get it to read the data, after all it is paid to do that and I am not.  

I can see the ST BLE Sensor on the PC as com4, but it will not communicate,  the device is to good to not use, but how do I communicate from a PC?  

I can get a blue tooth dongle etc, but can I use the C code.  

Plus if I start the sensor on an Android as a data logger I cannot get off the screen without stopping phone.  

Do you know what accelerometer is on this sensor?
