Where can I purchase the display on the 32L4R9IDISCOVERY separately?

I have a NUCLEO-F446RE board, and I'd love to get my hands on the circular display featured on the 32L4R9IDISCOVERY. Where would I be able to buy it? Could the NUCLEO even run it?

Pretty sure it is a DSI screen, so no the F446 is incapable of driving it.
