TouchGFX designer: the remote server returned an error: (403) Forbidden

TouchGFX Designer doesn't show me any online application or template (just the Simulation with the black UI template).

I'm using version 4.16.0 and it shows me the following error :

Package server at HTTP://packages.touchgfx.com/V2/packages.json.zip can not be reached No online packages can be found.

You can continue working, but only already installed packages are available.

the remote server returned an error: (403) Forbidden.

I try also the newest version 4.17.0 and it shows me, "the application is not connected to the internet"

hello, thank you for your answer, I fix the problem, I didn't know how, I just open the software and it work
