When I adjusted the Angle in the designer, I got a lot of decimal places.why is this？I only use the buttons in the designer to adjust the Angle.

That does look very strange! I confirmed it in my own case that strange values can appear when using the buttons. I've created an internal ticket for the Designer Team.
