How do I delete test/unused projects in TouchGFX Designer 4.19.1 ?

I'm not really sure to fully understand your question.
But, if you want to delete a project, you can simply delete the whole folder in which your TouchGFX project is contained, on your local disk.
Otherwise, if you want to clean the history of the recent applications opened in TouchGFXDesigner, just go to the file explorer, then go to AppData>Roaming>TouchGFX-4.19.1>RecentApplications>RecentApplications.json. Then you will be able to delete the content of that file, in order to clean the recent project history in TouchGFXDesigner.
