Why Microcontroller is halted after Power-on Reset?

Hi,

I wrote a simple Led blinking program in STM32F303CB.

-> On power-on reset Controller is not getting started.

-> I used Internal Clock and External Clock

-> But the same behavior in both the cases.

Hi,

Can we read BOOT0 status from the software, what would be the effect on RTC when microcontroller or firmware hang. Would there be any difference with respect to RTC with External or Internal crystal?
