Where can the 'STM32 ST-Link Utility' program be downloaded?

. I see it was just released on 22-Jan-2010. Apparently the software is not yet ready to be released though. It looks like a good way to program or read the flash memory using the new $21 ST-Link JTAG module. In the mean time, does anyone know of stand alone programmer software like this that will work with the ST-Link?  I need to be able to program using .hex or .bin files at the production level.

The ST-Link Utility has finally been posted and it works pretty well!

Hello,

mentioned link is not working any more, search doesn't help also. In the docu UM0892 is written '' ... Download the compressed STM32 ST-Link Utility software from the ST website ....'' . But from where ???? Can somebody help me? Thanks a lot, Tomas
