I chose this forum as I couldn't see any other forum directly related to my question and the chip I'm working with is a StComet.

The library, I believe, is for PLC.

This is a primarily user-driven forum with only casual ST presence.

If it is some proprietary library which came with the devkit, you might probably want to contact the vendor where the kit was purchased. Alternatively, you might want to contact ST directly, through web support forum or through FAE.
