Don't plan around third-parties for your own delivery deadlines and goals. You will ALWAYS be disappointed. They will always have different agendas and you're not paying enough to have any influence.
Have your own working RTOS template, merge in output from CubeMX, don't rely on CubeMX to generate your entire product. Best used to generate piecemeal test code, and rough framing.
