USB Wakeup example code?

Can anyone please point me to working code that exhibits the proper way to:

- go into stop mode from a USB Suspend condition

- wake up from stop mode by exiting the USB Suspend condition

?

I managed to get this working but had to workaround the USB firmware library.

Some notes I made at the time are here ...
