Posted on May 17, 2011 at 14:10 Make sure you have the pullup on the data pins turned on (depending on USB speed, this will be on different lines).

Hello,
If you mean no detection at all, try the resistor but once it is detected but not recognized, please have a look on the USB PLL clock. RegardsOptions

Posted on May 17, 2011 at 14:10I connected the pull up resistor of 1.5k from D+ to VSSA. I got a warning msg ''One of the USB devices attached to this computer has malfunctioned and windows does not recognise it''

Posted on May 17, 2011 at 14:10 VSSA is Analog Ground. It need 3.3V for a pullup. You should connect it to a GPIO pin that you can toggle.
