The problem is that I use STM32F439ZI chip on my gateway PCB. I also use STLINK V2 to debug codes. While I was debuging my codes I got an error as Target not halted. As for STLINK V2 everything is normal and I connected pins correctly. In STLINK V2 I checked that the soldering of the pins are true as well. I updated STLINK V2 driver. I could not solve it and debug my codes:( Thanks for helping.
