STM32L162 (UM1813) - FMEDA document sought

We are using an STM32L1 series microcontroller (specifically the STM32L162). User manual UM1813 states that the FMEDA (Failure Mode Effects Diagnostic Analysis) is available from STM on request but STM says it cannot find the document. Does anyone have a copy of the FMEDA?

Hi Nesrine,

Thanks for your email. Unfortunately the user manual says it is available but we've contacted our local ST sales contact and they tell us they do not have it.....

We've spoken and swapped emails with both Sophia Wu and also Ian Sjaichudin (both with STMicroelectronics).

We've also approached a number of other distribution agents. Some people have also asked other customers of the product if they might have it but no luck so far.

Of course there must be a copy of it somewhere in STM but so far no-one says they have been able to find it!

So I thought that reaching out to the STM Community might help.

Hi Nesrine,

You are a legend if you can locate this elusive document (It must exist and it seems odd STM cannot locate it but all the STM people we've dealt with have drawn a blank so far!).
