STM32H563RGT6 running at 125℃ environment

Hello ST,

We are using STM32H563RGT6 and want to run at 125℃ environment.

We see in the datasheet as below.

lyan2_0-1778039564635.png

it seems that for STM32H563RGT6 with suffix 6, if we are using LDO bypass mode (using external 1.2V power supply for MCU Vcore), MCU works at VOS1 mode, it also can run at 125℃ environment.

Is it right?

Thanks.

Hello @lyan.2
If you comply with the specified conditions (LDO bypass mode), the product should operate at 125 degrees Celsius. However, ensure that the operating environment does not exceed 125 degrees Celsius, even by a small margin, because this is the maximum specified temperature. Exceeding this temperature may result in unpredictable product behavior.

Hello Gyessine,

Got it, it's a good way to use suffix 6 device working at 125℃, thanks for your help.
