Not much into cameras and DCMI, but the screen shot seems to suggest you have the horizontal scan settings wrong, and not a multiple of the actual pixel count.

Thank you for the suggestion! I managed to get picture from the camera, the fault was in the python script, the picture resolution. But now I have another problem, the left side of the picture is black, but not solid black (maybe sensor problem?) and the resolution from the sensor seems to be not correct.

Look at horizontal blanking, and sync settings, or perhaps those for the front/back porch on the horizontal line signal.

I found out, that if I didn't change the resolution from the default 640*480 there is no black line, and the resolution is also ok. When I change the resolution to cif I receive 2 picture in 640 pixel width side-by-syde with black line. Maybe the camera did not crop the image, and sends windowed picture? The second attached picture's resolution is ok if I widen it to 2 picture.
I'll try to crop it with DCMI.2013-08-03 04:29 AM
The problem was with hstart hstop registers. I corrected them, and the image is fine now. Thank you for your help!
