STM32F446 product line enables high performance and rich connectivity into a highly integrated and energy efficient product, starting from 256K Flash.
The peripherals embedded in the STM32F446 include:
Up to 20 communication interfaces
7x I2S audio interfaces
A SPDIF digital audio connection and a display parallel interface
A 90MHz Flexible Memory Controller (FMC) that simplifies control of external SRAM, SDRAM, Flash NOR/NAND, or LCDs with embedded controllers, and supports memory-remap mode for enhanced performance
A dual Quad-SPI (QSPI) interface that allows direct or memory-mapped connection to up to two external SPI NOR-Flash memories at single or dual data rate.
The STM32F446 is sampling now to lead customers. Volume production is scheduled for Q1 2015 in packages
from tiny
WLCSP81 (3.728mm x 3.85mm) to LQFP144 (20mm x 20mm) and with 256Kbyte or 512Kbyte Flash, all with 128Kbyte SRAM.
Budgetary pricing is from $3.75 for the STM32F446RC in 64-pin LQFP64 package with 256Kbyte Flash for orders of 10,000 pieces.
