Pricing is multi factor issue, currently it is weighted heavily on availability and demand. More generally it will relate to die yield per wafer, costs per wafer and time on tester.
You're going to have to own the porting process. Would suggest you start with a simple donor project, get all the clocking, pins and peripherals up, and then merge in blocks of your existing code adjusting and refactoring as you go.
