STM32F10x standard peripheral library v3.6.1

Here is the official place to download the latest version of SPL for STM32F10x:

SPL version is 3.5.0 from 2011 and the CMSIS version included in that library is v1.30 from 2009!

But we know that there is a newer version (3.6.1) of the SPL with important bug-fixes, it is ''available'' if one downloads the

and looks inside to find the SPL v3.6.1 and also CMSIS v3.01 from 2012. Can ST please update the SPL page to include the latest available versions of the libraries? Thank you.
