Here is the link to RM0008, which covers the STMF32F105/F107 chips:

The website makes it hard to find, but if you follow these steps you will find it:

1) go to http://www.st.com

2) Near the bottom, click ''Support''

3) Click ''Technical Literature''

4) On the bottom left under ''Advanced Search'', in the keyword field, search ''STM32''.

5) Scroll down to ''Resource Type: Reference Manual''
