USBD_SELF_POWERED parameter change of USB_DEVICE Configuration does not affect code generation of usbd_cdc.c file.
USBD_CDC_CfgFSDesc ''Configuration Descriptor'' block's field ''bmAttributes'' has always value 0xC0 (self powered) regardless of any changes made in CubeMX.
