Posted on May 17, 2011 at 14:29Section 1.2 of UM0600 User Manual for the STM3210C-EVAL points to www.st.com/mcu for firmware updates. Because ST keeps reorganizing their web site, the User Manual information doesn't get you to the exact page.
After selecting the st.com/mcu page, select STM32F 32-Bit ARM Cortex MCUs, then select Related Info, then select Firmware.
I am not that familiar with the EVAL board or the Keil IDE, but I suspect the distribution disks that came with the board and IDE have a firmware copy. Compare with the ST web site to see if you have the latest versions.
