Hi,

sloadhost0.11 has been released.

http://sourceforge.net/projects/sloadhost/

is GPL'd code to target bootloaders. It's option driven to make it easy to call from a makefile. This version has the windows code working, and there's a precompiled windows executable available.

Note that this is Alpha software and if you're exclusively Windows, you may be better off with ST supplied host code.
