Regarding Auto grade Controller in stm32h7 series

Hello everyone,

I want to work on STM32 series of controller which supports 480MHZ or above clock rate and Auto grade temperature range(I.e Grade0: -40degc to 150degc (or) Grade1:-40degc to 125degc).

We found STM32H7 series which supports our application requirements, But it's temperature range is not auto grade.

Can any body suggest me the part number which supports auto grade temperature range too.

Hi @BSRIL ,

STM32H745xxx3 devices support the extended temperature range up to 125 °C as ambient temperature (–40 to + 140 °C as Junction temperature).

In such case, you will be limited to 300 MHz as maximum frequency when using the extended range.

More details can be found in the datasheet (Ex: STM32H745xI/G).

This is said, there is no STM32H7 device that can work on the range –40 to + 150 °C.
