programming STM32F0 over UART

Hi guys, i need to program a stm32f0 mcu using a serial cable.

At this moment i'm using an external St-link device.

Can i use only a serial cable without st-link (e.g. over hyper terminal)?

Hi clive1, that's good news, i've connected my serial cable to PA14 and PA15 pins, and Flash Demonstrator seems work, but in selectable targets there aren't stm32 device, but only stm8 or stm8l devices.

What can i do?
