Hello. I've got a problem with Speex decoder. Is it possible to run Speex decoder WIDEBAND 16kHz or ULTRA_WIDEBAND 32MHz on STM32L151CBU6A on 32MHz? Narrowband 8kHz is running perfectly, but it's only 8kHz quality, so I want to have a little better. When I create spx files with speexdrop program I try to set all qualities and complexity but all of them are running bad. There are problems with sample rate - running too low or too high and I hear many noises. The quality is very bad, it's not the voice I wanted to hear. So what can I do to proper decode my speex files or is it possible at all?
