Good day, I just brought a NUCLEO-STM32F404RE, I have trial several ways to upgrade the firmware but to no avail.
Here are my board Info:
ST-LINK SN : 0669FF373154333143092538
ST-LINK FW : V2J33M25
Board : NUCLEO-F401RE
Here are all the posts and advices that I followed. This including:
- Reinstalled the lastest STM32CubeProgrammer and try the ST-LinkUpgrade
- Uninstall and Reinstall all the driver to the lastest version
- Manually download the newest STLinkUpgrade 3.15.6
- Seperate the ST-Link with the Board by disconnected the CN2 pins and try using STLinkUpgrade alone.
- Use direct USB connection.
If there are anything else I could try, please tell and thank you for any suggestion
Update
Right after posting this, it suddenly work for me, all I did was pressed connected and disconnected 3 times, before pressed firmware update in STM32CubeProgrammer. I honestly don't know why, but hopefully this could help other who has the same problem. :thinking_face:
P/S: My USB cable is around 2.5m long, could it be the issue ?
