I'm new here, and i don't find answer to my question :
Can i do a functional test of the whole memory of a STM32F101VD chip ?
with JTAG, SWD or an other way?
if possible with no modification of the memory content .
My goal is to create a testbench for testing that no damages occurs on the chip after climatic tests and EMC tests.
